The solution to this Rebus Puzzle is "cutting corners," a common phrase we use to mean "taking damaging shortcuts with work etc."
Notice how the word "head" is at the top and the word "heels" is at the bottom with a line in between? The solution to this Rebus Puzzle is "Head over Heels." We use this phrase to represent strong affection, such as: I am head over heels in love with this yogurt!
