Why learn how to write them?

  • Reason number 1? As always, real-world application and extensions. Learning to write argumentative essays helps individuals to be able to form and develop their opinions and back them up with support and evidence. This is a hugely important skill in the workplace, in school and in everyday interactions!

  • Individuals can apply skills that they learn through essay writing to any other type of non-fiction writing, be it reports, resumes - even emails!

  • Argumentative essays help develop/ further logic building.
